Our Officers and a few interested students have been invited to attend the first meeting of the GSAASEM, Gay Straight Alliance Alliance of Southeast Michigan, at Affirmations in Ferndale on the 12th. The meeting will begin at 5:00pm and end at 7:30pm. The goal of convening is to discuss plans as a [regional] organization while getting to know each other [local GSAs] to work effectively as a community; ideas for organizing joint events will also be expressed. RSVP is due by Nov 11.
